Job Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager who is fluent in French to manage and optimise paid media campaigns for French-speaking clients or international markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, including PPC, display, and paid social, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, reporting, and client communication, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimise paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and display networks, with a focus on French-speaking markets.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, and providing performance updates, strategic recommendations, and insights.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct thorough research into relevant keywords and audiences to inform targeting strategies, focusing on culturally relevant content for French-speaking demographics.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimise campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI while staying within client budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, optimising bids, ad copy, and targeting to achieve desired outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present detailed performance reports for clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant ad copy and creatives. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure a unified approach across all digital channels.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and innovations within French-speaking markets to keep campaigns cutting-edge and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in a performance-driven environment or agency setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms. Experience in managing display campaigns is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and client management skills, with experience working with French-speaking clients or international markets.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign management, reporting, and budget management.
  • Creativity: Ability to collaborate on and develop creative, culturally relevant ad campaigns that resonate with French-speaking audiences.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
