Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Neuropsychologist to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting neuropsychological assessments, formulating diagnosis and treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for patients with neurological conditions. You will work collaboratively with a range of healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to evaluate cognitive functioning and emotional wellbeing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide psychological support and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience in clinical neuropsychology, particularly in a healthcare setting.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
