About the Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Marketing Manager who excels at combining marketing acumen, analytical prowess, and exceptional communication skills. Your primary goal will be to deliver highly personalized, real-time experiences that strengthen both existing and new brand propositions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future by managing, analyzing, and optimizing data-driven CRM performance.

As the Lead Generation Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the Head of Marketing Operations to deliver innovative marketing solutions. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that every project receives the attention needed to thrive, selectively optimizing the customer journey to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel CRM campaigns, continuously improving acquisition and campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimization: Implement A/B testing and "test and learn" campaigns to optimize website and landing page conversion rates.
  • Project Management: Manage internal resources to deliver projects on time, on budget, and as specified.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct needs analysis and gather stakeholder feedback to identify and articulate opportunities for lifecycle campaign improvements.
  • Campaign Strategy: Ensure campaigns, creative briefs, and strategic marketing documents align with brand objectives, target groups, and ROI goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics platforms to analyze and report campaign performance, suggesting data-driven improvements to enhance KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team and wider marketing teams to create content and campaigns that drive prospects through the customer journey.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly status reports, summary reports, and post-campaign analyses, leveraging Business Intelligence resources.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in internal projects and administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in CRM and/or multi-channel digital marketing.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of demand generation strategies, marketing best practices, testing, automation tools, and customer experience optimization.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, with the ability to interpret and present data/results in a meaningful way.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of marketing automation solutions and MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within a complex organization, demonstrating strong time management skills.
