An opportunity has arisen within our business for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join the team. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude who is able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines. You must be an effective communicator and be comfortable working as part of a team. Due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate will have a good level of fitness to enable them to carry out their work safely with or without reasonable accommodation.
The picking, packing and despatch of our products requires manual handling of items weighing up to 25kg. Manual handling in the context of this role includes bending, lifting, lowering, stooping, reaching, stretching and stepping.

Key Tasks
- Assist with daily warehouse operations.
- Pick, pack and despatch orders accurately and efficiently.
- Record stock movements via the computer system.
- Work with colleagues and management to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Complete Warehouse documentation.
- Assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly warehouse.
- Comply with the company's health and safety policies
Skills & Attributes Required
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to a maximum of 25kg and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Flexi truck licence (is a distinct advantage but not essential)
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Full driving licence
Required Experience
- 3+ years' experience in Warehouse Operations
- An awareness of health & Safety requirements
- Valid driving licence
Qualifications
- IT Skills, plus Math & English - minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent)
