Customer Service / Complaints Handler
Location: Reigate
Salary: £25,000 -£27,000
Hours: 08:30 - 17:30
Our client is a leading emergency plumbing company operating in the south and southeast of England, we are looking for a customer service / complaints handler to join their growing team in their Reigate office.
You will be required to investigate and work to resolve inbound customer complaints via telephone and email resulting in best possible outcome for customer and business within the agreed Service Level Agreements, ensuring internal process is strictly adhered to.
This involves delivering the highest quality of customer service to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex complaints.
The ideal applicant must have complaints handling experience as well as strong administrative skills, the ability to problem solve and deal with demanding situations. A background within the same or relevant industry is desired but not a requirement.
Saturday working 1 per month - paid as overtime (8 am -4 pm Saturdays 8 am -12 noon)
Essential criteria
- Administration (2 years)
- Complaints handling (2 years)
- Self-motivation, with the ability to confidently work and independently.
- Ability to learn new systems and be adaptable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and written.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.
