We're looking for a Part-time Finance Administrator, on a 6 month fixed term contract, to join Technology firm based in Tewkesbury. They're offering a pay rate of £12 - 15 per hour for the right person and open to between 16 and 24 hours per week. Ideally this would be across 3 days, Monday - Wednesday however, for the right person, they are open to discuss if these need to be different.
The role of Finance Administrator involves:
- Gathering internal accounts and invoicing information.
- Inputting of invoicing and accounts information into SAGE.
- Responsible for carbon copy receipts and keeping them organised.
- Collating information for audits, using the inhouse database.
- Dealing with internal and external queries to the department.
- Working closely with the Manager to fully support them.
For the Finance Administrator role, you need:
- Experience using SAGE or other similar accounts platforms.
- Understanding of basic financial admin duties.
- Previously worked in a similar role - qualifications aren't necessary.
As the Finance Administrator, you'll get:
