We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to be part of our Exeter team, providing top-notch planned and responsive maintenance.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Up to £32,462 plus on-call allowances and overtime
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: Exeter
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance in student residences
- Handle reactive maintenance and PPM
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with sub-contractors
- Assist with stock management and team development
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical, plumbing, fabric, or other maintenance disciplines
- Ability to work safely and flexibly, including during peak times
