An established engineering company in Birchwood is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator for a temporary assignment of at least 2 months. This role offers flexibility in working hours and is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and are looking to contribute to a dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Inputting timesheets via spreadsheet for contractors efficiently (no payroll experience required).
- Raising purchase orders to support the procurement process.
- Generating invoices and ensuring their accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Filing documents systematically to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assisting with cash collection processes.
- Performing general administrative duties as required to support the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly with spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
