Product Data Executive

I am recruiting for a Product Data Executive to join a returning client of mine. This role offers broad exposure to various parts of their business and excellent career development paths into E-commerce merchandising, marketing, product management, and data analysis. You will report into the product management team leader and collaborate closely with their marketing, E-commerce, DIY, distribution, wholesale, and international teams.
Day to day of the role:
- Take ownership of UK product data accuracy, ensuring all information needed to sell our products with partners & retailers is up-to-date and tailored to the UK market and customer specific needs.
- Identify and report gaps in available data, and become a master of our data systems and tools.
- Adapt global information to meet the UK market and customer requirements.
- Support sustainability projects and assist with approvals & certification processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complexity.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Ideally, some exposure to tools like SAP, Hybris & Jira.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities.
