Job Title: Water Treatment Engineer
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits
A professional and industry leading provider of Water Treatment / Water Hygiene services across the South East are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Engineer. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out sampling and analysis on LTHW / CHW systems, servicing of CLO2 units, and dosing systems with correct chemicals. The successful candidate will be working on Educational, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Retail, and Facilities Management sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working hands on as a treatment engineer for an reputable Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company.
" Good understating of required chemicals.
" Good IT skills.
" Working in line with company / client needs.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
The Role:
" Carrying out sampling and analysis on LTHW / CHW systems.
" Dosing systems with correct chemicals when required.
" CWST cleans and chlorination.
" Servicing CLO2 units.
" Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
" Closed system sampling & analysis.
" Water sampling & temperature monitoring.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
