Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be representing a forward-thinking Financial Services company based in South Kent in their search for a customer service and lead generation professional to join them on a part time basis.
Supporting the growth of financial services products, key responsibilities include:
- Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate leads for financial services in line with set targets
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Advisor and Senior Partner to align lead generation efforts
- Support and train team members in cross-selling financial services products
- Coordinate sales campaigns, including appointment booking and performance tracking
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the agency team to meet customer and business objectives
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Proven experience in customer service with a track record in a target-driven role
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage workloads under pressure
- Experience working with Financial Services, or with knowledge of Financial Services products is essential for this position
- Own transport and a full UK driving license
