Position: HR Business Partner

Location: Two days in a London based office and flexibility to work from home for the reminder of the week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a HR Business Partner at Rendall & Rittner, you will will work closely with the Head of HR Business Partnering, the wider HR team and head office management to provide guidance and advice on various HR fundamentals as well as leading on various HR projects across the business. Previous experience will include:

  • Ability to demonstrate applicable knowledge of employment law (England and Wales) specifically, around disciplinary, grievance, performance, TUPE and restructures (redundancy)
  • Ability to work under own initiative and deliver results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent customer service approach and the ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism.
  • Ability to work within tight and conflicting timeframes.
  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified and/or ability to demonstrate relevant experience.
  • Experience of managing a Graduate Programme would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Protection/GDPR procedures, in line with data protection Regulations in relation to employment
