Goods-In Team Leader Responsibilities
- Foster a cohesive team culture, supervising the team, and supporting recruitment and development.
- Monitor and review stock control, conduct periodic checks, and ensure effective product storage.
- Support stock-take processes with accurate data, maintain housekeeping standards, and adhere to security and safety procedures.
- Adjust staffing levels to meet business and customer needs.
- Promote exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless home delivering service.
Goods-In Team Leader Skills & Experience Required
- Supervisory experience in Goods-In/Warehouse roles.
- Excellent communication and team supervision skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Administrative experience with knowledge of IT systems.
- Valid Fork-Lift license and British driving license.
