It has an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its award-winning claimant RTA Litigation department in central Leeds.

The RTA Litigation department has a fantastic reputation and provides its insurer clients with the highest level of service. It is known across the country for its high quality work, achieved within a friendly, vibrant and supportive working environment.
You will be working out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Leeds in the fast track litigation department, acting on your own caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims from instruction through to completion (settlement or trial as necessary). You'll have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, be able to deal with liability disputes and consistently deliver the highest level of service for your clients.
As the successful Litigation Executive, you must have knowledge of the OIC portal – whilst you will not necessarily be using it every day, you must know and be able to demonstrate how it works.
The department is supportive and friendly and, as you'll be working alongside senior experienced Solicitors/Fee Earners, you'll be fully supported to reach your full potential and they'll ensure that you have all the tools that you need to progress.
