Accounts Assistant

This role will be Temporary to help in the finance department;

Main duties - but not limited to

Reporting to the Management Accountant

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Inputting of purchases invoices
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Accounts reconciliations
  • Preparing payroll
  • Assist with month end reports
  • Credit card Expenses
  • Credit Control
  • Month end reports

Skills and knowledge

  • Confident oral and written communication skills.
  • Financial and commercial awareness.
  • Communicate in a timely and effective manner with internal colleagues.
  • Effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
