Are you an experienced Customer Service Executive, with a background in the events industry? Does supporting delegates seem like second nature? This one's for you!

Our client, a respected information service provider, is looking to add a Senior Customer Service Executive to their Events team.

You'll be working with attendees and supporting them from booking to post-event, with any queries, registration and support.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible hybrid working (1-2 days a week from their Central London office) and salaries of up to £40K depending on experience.

The Person:

  • You'll have experience in customer facing customer service within the Events industry
  • You'll be organised, and adept with data and administration
  • Confident handling budgets and credit control
  • This role will involve international travel, you must be comfortable with potential frequent travel.
