Property Management Assistant
I am currently recruiting for a property management assistant for one of our clients based in Horsham. They are seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our team.
Job Purpose:
In this role, you'll support Property Managers in overseeing property portfolios, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, address queries, and direct calls as needed.
- Manage planned maintenance and minor repairs within the agreed spend limit.
- Liaise with contractors, create works orders, and ensure timely completion.
- Update client files and manage the branch's email account.
- Respond to leaseholder/homeowners' queries verbally and in writing, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Upload development-specific insurance renewal certificates, health and safety reports, service records, and general correspondence to the property management program.
- Log claims with insurance brokers and obtain quotes for consequential damage.
Training & Development:
- Work alongside Property Managers to gain a full understanding of leasehold and estate management.
- Receive comprehensive training on the property management program to become a Super User and enhance office efficiency.
