The company have invested heavily in Salesforce, as a Salesforce Consultant you will drive adoption and user engagement with the platform across multiple departments to create real value, both in terms of quick wins and longer term strategy. You'll work with users to gain a full understanding of their processes and solve any issues or blockers.
Location:

About you:
- You have a strong knowledge of Salesforce, including administration and implementation
- You have experience of customising user experience, ensuring the provision of appropriate layouts, features and access levels
- You're able to identify process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- You believe in using AI and automation tools within Salesforce to boost productivity
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, you're able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people
