We are pleased to be supporting an excellent, reputable company based in Keighley who are looking for a senior accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a varied accounts role, reporting into the financial director.
Duties will include
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Weekly payroll - full training to be provided
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Reconcile the petty cash
- VAT returns
- Weekly payment runs
- Assisting with month end duties including accruals, month end reporting and more.
- Other ad-hoc duties reporting into the financial director.
Skills:
- Minimum AAT Level 3 qualification (essential) or equivalent dependent on experience
- A minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
