The Construction Project Manager Role
The incoming Construction Project Manager will join a bustling team of 30 professionals which includes Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CDM & Principal Designers and Building Surveyors as well as four highly experienced partners who are actively engaged in project delivery. You will be joining a company that fosters a close-knit, collaborative atmosphere where every member is involved in driving success.
The nature of this multidisciplinary team ensures everything is under the same roof which streamlines project exponentially.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects spanning the Logistics, Warehousing/Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial sectors, with typical project values ranging from £1m to £15m. With a strong pipeline of Retail and Commercial new builds and refurbishment projects, there's no shortage of exciting opportunities.

The Construction Project Manager
The successful Construction Project Manager will have:
- A construction related degree qualification is beneficial
- Previous Project Management experience within UK Consultancy practises
- Professional accreditations (such as RICS, CIOB, APM) or committed to achieving
- Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
- Confident across all RIBA stages
- A successful track record running projects
