HR Assistant

Are you available immediately or available for a long-term temporary assignment which will go permanent after 6months? Do you have experience in HR or Employee Relations or an interest in this area?

National client based in Watford is hiring for a long-term temp to support the Employee Relations team. This role will go permanent after 6 months. This is an Admin based role with note taking involved.

The Role:

  • Typing and sending HR/ER letters
  • Sending Invite letters (grievance, appeal, capability, flexible working. Not disciplinary)
  • Setting up meetings on teams
  • Sickness/welfare meeting invites
  • Collating Absence reports
  • Note taking
  • Taking telephone messages

Further details:

  • You will join the Employee Relations team
  • The role is 5 days a week, office based.
  • This is an administrative role
  • We are looking for someone switched on & approachable
  • Ideally you will be capable of or have some experience taking notes during meetings etc.
  • 37.5 hrs per week which are flexible between 8am and 5:30 pm
  • 6-month Temporary assignment
  • Opportunity to transfer onto a permanent contract after 6months
