Description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Develop training and development initiatives for employees
  • Implement staff training and development initiatives
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters for new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Assist in the planning of company events and initiatives
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects

Profile

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience implementing training and development initiatives
  • Proficiency in HR software
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
