Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef to manage the conference and banqueting Kitchen of their luxury Hotel in Hertfordshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Chef to manage their kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high end banqueting, conference and events.

The Person

Already a Sous ChefStrong background in banqueting, weddings and events to AA rosette standardsCalm and able to work as part of a teamUnderstands all paperwork relating to the kitchen.
