Are you an experienced Business Development Manager within Telecommunications?

We're recruiting for a Business Development/Sales Manager to join a growing telecommunications company. Established for 18 years, this small but dynamic team has a strong reputation in their field for customer service, reliability, and innovation.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling hosted solutions and driving business growth through lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to businesses ranging from SMEs to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Cold calling, networking, and direct outreach to develop new business.
  • Consultatively sell hosted telephony solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Work toward business growth targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing top-tier customer service.
  • Contribute to long-term company growth, including the expansion of the sales team.

Requirement

  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new leads.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Competitive base salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + OTE Circa £100,000+ (Uncapped)
