Responsibilities as a Senior Property Maintenance Coordinator
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, using innovative solutions to overcome challenges and advance project goals.
- Monitor work levels and response times to consistently deliver top-quality service to clients.
- Assist in managing and supervising property maintenance operations, coordinating with contractors and tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Gas Safety, CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
- Contribute to developing strategic property improvement plans to enhance value and profitability.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend procedural enhancements.
- Distribute work evenly across the team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Manage and prioritize your workload effectively.
Experience / Skills
- Proven experience in property management and maintenance.
