Sales Associate

Office Sales Associate Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Fully Office Based in Crayford £20k-£25k Per Annum + Commission Structure- Experience Dependent

Our client is looking for a Sales Associate to join their fast paced and growing team based in Crayford!

Main duties include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in preparation of sales performance reports including volume of quotes andorders, QA objective reporting, and maintain supporting filing systems. Reportperformanceto theSales Managerand Compliance Manager
  • Work with the Service Department to create assist in creation of small repairquotations following on from service visits, thorough examinations and third partyreports. Liaise with suppliers and/or sub-contractors to obtain best/competitive pricesasrequired
  • Maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers &/or clients regarding the condition oftheir lift
  • Issue authorised small repair quotations to customers &/or clients (scale to beagreed).Maintain records via theCRMsystem
  • Assist with following up of outstanding quotations to customers &/or clients through toconclusionas far as practicable
  • Assist with contacting all contract customers ahead of their contract expiry date andoffer renewal options as required. Maintain records and undertake analysis asappropriate including number of lifts currently under contract, quotes accepted,customerspend,contractswon/lost,reasonlost,recordfuturerenewaldate,etc.
  • Support the Sales Director with the compilation of comprehensive projectquotations/tender submissions including specification checks, site visits, customer&/orclient meetings,surveysandsupplier informationas required
  • Arrange &/or track delivery of all tender documentation to ensure it is received by thecustomeraheadoftherequiredsubmissiondate. Maintainrecordsasappropriate
  • Support all areas of the company as required including project team, service team,administration team and compliance with clear, accurate and timely communicationandinformation
  • Liaise as instructed by the Sales Manager with any outside third party provider:HS&Econsultant, Certified Body, etc.
  • Contributetoanyprocessesforemployeeconsultationandparticipation

Note that the above list is not exhaustive and the jobholder will be expected to undertake duties within their capacity to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

Experience and qualifications required:

Industry experience not necessary but having worked in an engineering background advantageous
