IT Support Engineer – Sheffield
£26,000 - £28,500 + great benefits
My client is a growing and reputable IT Services business who are looking to expand their technical Support team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be joining an experienced managed services team that provide both on-site and remote support to a variety of customers. You will work to targets and meet SLAs whilst taking responsibility for managed services requests, prioritising and dealing with them effectively.
As a trusted IT Support Analyst, you will have strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues. You will have proficiency in system administration tasks and have excellent customer service skills
This role will be primarily based on-site with some flexibility after your probation.
Package:
- £26,000 - £28,500 basic DOE

Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Windows 11 and Windows Server
- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange & Exchange Online
- Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, VPNs, basic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, including troubleshooting.
- Peripheral Devices, Mobile Devices, Remote Desktop
