Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a well-known brand in the South West on the recruitment of an interim HR Generalist. This role will look to start immediately, so you must be either immediately available or on a short notice period to be considered. This contract will be on a rolling, on-going basis, whilst the business decides on their long term, permanent HR strategy.
Our client is based in Patchway, Bristol, where you will be required on site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with an hour's lunch break.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist, who is comfortable being parachuted into a business, and hitting the ground running quickly.
Responsibilities of the HR Generalist will include but not be limited to:
- End to end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers in the business.
- Onboarding new staff members and managing all new starter checks including RTW checks, references, contracts etc.
- Supporting senior management with HR best practice, policies and procedures.
- Generalist HR tasks across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Absence management including holidays, sickness, statutory claims etc
- Providing support with all employee relations matters.
Your Profile:
- Strong HR generalist experience, having supported across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Sound working knowledge of up-to-date UK employment law and legislation.
- Ability to work well in a standalone position.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £35,000 -£40,000 dependant on experience.
