We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeableRisk & Compliance Managerto join our clients collaborative team. You'll lead compliance strategy, manage regulatory risk, and shape best practice in a business where purpose matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve therisk & compliance framework?
- Oversee and develop business continuity plans
- Lead thebreaches process, compliance policy updates & horizon scanning
- Produce reports for senior leadership and committees
- Manage and develop a small, high-performing team
You'll Bring:
- 3+ years in a compliance or risk role
- Strongpensions experience (highly desirable)or broader FCA experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Sound understanding of TPR GCoP and related legislation
- A passion fordriving high standards and continuous improvement
