Job Title: Multi-Agency Children Hub Social Worker
Location: Middlesbrough Council
Pay Rate: £35 - £37 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Children Hub in Middlesbrough. You will be working as part of a team of professionals to provide support and intervention to children and families who are at risk or experiencing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and managing cases of children and families who are at risk or experiencing difficulties
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Working with other professionals, including health, education, and police, to ensure that children and families receive the support they need
- Providing advice and guidance to families
- Representing the council at meetings and conferences
Essential Skills and Experience
- Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the Social Work England
- Experience of working with children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
- Experience of working in a multi-agency setting
- Experience of using electronic case management systems
