Junior Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for a diligent and proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow. This temporary position offers ongoing work with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Organise and maintain office files and databases.
- Import sales invoices and enter onto P&L spreadsheet.
- Chase outstanding paperwork.
- Monitor upcoming contract renewals and collect renewal quotations from subcontractors.
- Provide assistance with any additional ad-hoc admin tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to use online platforms to download/upload information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
