My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking a HR MANAGER to join their expanding team!
_Duties will include: _
- Completing the on-boarding process
- Issuing offer letter/ contracts
- Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Performance reviews / development reviews
- Employee relations ie disciplinary and grievance management
- Creating mentioning and coaching programs
- Updating company policies
- Process improvement
- Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards

- PC literate

- Good time management
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0900-1730
