Salary: £26,000 - £32,500 per annum (depending on experience )

Operations Supervisor / Team Leader – The Role:
Event Engineering are looking for an operations supervisor or team leader to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The role offers the opportunity to build upon your knowledge and develop your career within a busy and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The role will encompass leading on goods in/out, overseeing the company's storage facilities and their inventory, and assisting with premises management tasks.
Operations Supervisor / Team Leader – About You:
You will enjoy the wide range of practical and physical tasks and the planning and administration needed to ensure effective business operations.
You may have experience in previous operations-based roles or be able to demonstrate the key skills, knowledge and aptitudes needed:
- A broad range of practical skills
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new software and processes
- Pro-active, self-motivated, flexible approach to work
- Driving Licence (required)
- Fork Lift Truck Licence (desirable)
- Experience of leading others (desirable)
