Graduate Credit Controller

Sewell Wallis are working with an established company looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The company is based in York, they are a well-respected company looking to expand their team and are very well-known for ensuring strong relationships are built between their clients.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Finance who is extremely friendly and very eager to pass on their knowledge.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing a busy ledger.
  • Making sure debts from clients and customers are paid within the terms agreed.
  • Provide account information to the external department.
  • Resolve queries both internally and externally.
  • Working closely with the sales team.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Graduate looking to get their foot in the door within finance.
  • An interest to go into credit control.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure on collection days.
  • Have a great attention to detail.
