Based out of their Rochester office you will be joining the Design and Product team and be solely responsible for interacting with external and internal clients to independently resolve issues ranging from simple to complex network, protocol, interfacing and data issues. You will also be tasked with ensuring systems are configured to comply to set specifications, conducting more in-depth fault finding to determine hardware/configuration issues as well as completing site visits.
