Are you an experienced Administrator looking for something new and exciting? Our client, a family-run business in Croydon, needs a flexible Office Administrator to help with their day-to-day tasks. You'll be joining a warm and supportive team where everyone pitches in. They're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and is ready to take on a variety of administrative and support roles.
Responsibilities:
Keeping track of office supplies.
- Accurately processing and managing incoming orders.
- Coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Answering and managing phone calls and emails promptly.
- Helping to maintain and improve office systems and processes.
- Assisting the procurement and finance teams with various administrative tasks.
- Updating customer and company records and databases.
About you:
The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience in office administration. Due to working in a smaller size team, you will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day to day responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in administration as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently within a small team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities, with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The capability to perform well under pressure
- Strong time management skills
