Project Support required for our client, a well-established company who have been at the forefront of the commercial glasshouse construction industry in the UK and Ireland since 1985, supplying and equipping commercial greenhouses to Growers, Garden Centres and Research Institutions throughout the UK.

Project Support Position Remuneration

Project Support Position Overview

As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the project managers by providing administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.

This role involves organising project documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking progress, ordering materials when requested and ensuring that all ad-hoc tasks sent through from the project division are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Progress / Resource Tracking: Monitor project progress and update status reports. Identify and escalate any issues or delays to project managers. Assist in tracking project resources, including equipment and supplies, and manage inventory as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining project databases.

Project Support Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
