Salary: £100 - £130 per day per day

Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated Higher Level TA to join our team in Havering. As a HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching staff to ensure that every pupil has access to quality education and a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teaching staff to facilitate access to learning for pupils across KS1-5.
  • Support pupil well-being and behaviour management within the school.
  • Work closely with individual students or small groups under the guidance of class teachers/form tutors.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to support pupils' learning and behaviour.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with additional needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' academic and emotional development.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check.
