Summary

As a Service Assistant you'll work across visitor areas, helping different departments deliver high-quality customer service. As the public face of our properties, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Salary: £5267 per annum

Contract/duration: Permanent

Hours/working pattern/hours: Working hours may vary. As guidance - two days a week, Mar - Oct working as part of a rota. Includes weekend working and approximate shift of 10am - 4pm. Patterns and timings may vary to suit business needs. Salary paid in 12 month increments.

What you'll be doing Service Assistants play an important role in supporting various property teams in greeting and helping our visitors. No two days are the same and you can expect to meet lots of different people and help in various visitor areas. You'll be involved in different tasks. These could include greeting visitors on arrival, restocking the shelves in the shop and clearing tables in the café. Most importantly you'll talk to visitors, answering any questions they have to make sure they can find everything they need for their visit. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations. Who we're looking for
