Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in developing comprehensive and innovative building services solutions for healthcare facilities.
- Ensure designs align with healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimise building services integration.
- Oversee the design process from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage design resources and coordinate with other project team members.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential challenges or risks.
The successful candidate will have:
- A good understanding of the construction industry with specific understanding of the "fit out and refurbishment" market in the Healthcare/Education/Commercial Sector
- Proven track record of "Design DevelopmentCo-ordination" deliveries
- Previous experience with either architectural practices or Main Contractor
- Understanding and previous experience of working in REVIT or other 3D modelling tools would be an advantage
