  • The ability to build a rapport/communicate well with other departments within the business, and other affiliates of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

Candidates must be qualified solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE in a commercial department or in-house department. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 2-6+ years' PQE. However, we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil this kind of work.

Candidates must have good commercial awareness, be keen to learn, be competent at drafting and negotiating contracts and have strong communication skills. Experience in data protection, litigation, consumer law and corporate is desirable but not essential.
