Role Overview:

As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. Your role will involve greeting visitors, offering refreshments, setting up rooms for meetings, and managing visitor check-ins. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support, utilising your strong IT skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Offer refreshments to visitors upon arrival.
  • Set up meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped and ready for use.
  • Manage visitor check-in processes efficiently.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Utilise IT systems to maintain records, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with general office duties to support the administrative team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality role, with a strong customer service background.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
