Balmedie House, set in the serene and picturesque 26 acres of woodland and gardens just north of Aberdeen, is seeking dedicated individual to join our team.
Located in a tranquil rural setting, Balmedie House offers exceptional residential care for up to 34 older residents. Our spacious mansion features 30 single and 2 double rooms, each customisable with personal belongings to ensure a homely environment. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive community where our residents can thrive.
Could you be a team member providing service users with a pleasant homely environment? Working to ensure the smooth running of the service this might be in the kitchen, dining room, laundry or general housekeeping tasks.
Your job is important here and it's something that everyone notices right from the start. There are three different areas within this role, including working in the kitchen, laundry and in the house itself, although the job is primarily focus on working in the laundry. You will definitely be working as part of a close-knit team where your positive approach to maintaining a good standard of housekeeping will be valued.
If you've worked in a care setting before that's great, but we're more interested in how you'd help us continue to make our residents lives as pleasant as possible. This is a part time role and some flexible will be required, including working Sunday, bank holidays and to cover holidays.
