Job Title: Bodyshop General Manager
Location: Darlington, DL3
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + bonus - OTE Up to £75,000 + car allowance
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends

In 2024, our client opened the doors to an innovative and state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Darlington, and we are on the lookout for talented individual to be the Bodyshop Manager and lead the team going forward.

You will be:-
- Manage on-site team of experts (paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff)
- Experienced in team management and driven by results
- Understand business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs
- Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability
- Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers
- Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
- Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols
- Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures
- Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness
- Work skillfully and safely, following manufacturers' specifications
- Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
