Recruitment Manager / Team Leader

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager in the technology space, to join a successful and established market leader in Technology specialising heavily in software engineering mainly, but with a strong presence in Data and cloud. Founded in 2012, they have grown and more recently stripped back and restructured and hving top to bottom rebrand; making space for a new leader to take the rains of a high performing team of 3, with the autonomy to hire right away and expand the team.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your team by leading from the front on all aspects of the role; from billing to support and development of the team while collaborating with other senior leaders to achieve growth, targets and set milestones
  • Build from the existing client accounts across the Data recruitment market on the perm side, on-boarding new business by way of effective business development
  • Adopt and expand your existing network of skilled tench professionals, securing their employment with your portfolio of clients
  • Be a pioneer in consulting and have a credible personal brand through professional social platforms
  • Tenacious in achieving personal and team targets
  • Recruitment administration ( basic )

  • 50-60k basic + Personal commission (10%-30%) Bonuses pinned to team billings + Quarterly and Annual bonuses pinned to the above
