We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our clients growing dynamic team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering industry-leading campaigns and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic marketing and promotional plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, product launches, and promotional events from implementation to reporting.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise our return on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including automotive manufacturers, dealership managers, including industry and corporate partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments and integrate innovative marketing techniques into the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development and customer service to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

  • Marketing degree or equivalent academic qualifications.
  • Proven experience in a strategic marketing role. Automotive experience is not essential but desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as customer relations management systems, social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and set clear marketing objectives aligned with business goals.
