Your new role
This role requires someone who is technically astute, experienced at managing a small team and happy to take on a broad range of tasks supporting the Finance Director. On a day-to-day basis, you will run the finance function, providing accurate reporting, relevant data, strong control and process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for someone ideally from a mid-tier accounting practice background who is potentially looking for their first move into industry. Manufacturing exposure is desired but not essential as technical capability is more important. This role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step in their finance career, who is proactive and forward-thinking, with a high level of attention to detail.
