Role responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify the best fit for various job roles.
- Utilise your sales skills to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver induction programs for new hires, ensuring they understand the company's policies, procedures, and their specific job roles
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in Recruitment is essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility: Willingness to take call during busy periods. We do have out of hours function.
