As a Motor Trade Account Handler, based in Colchester or Brentwood you'll be responsible for providing quotations for New Business, Renewals, and Existing Business. You'll act as a key resource for the branch and support trainees, all while using your communication and negotiation skills to maximise new business and client loyalty.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in broking or underwriting specifically Motor Trade
- Good judgement, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- A flexible, self-motivated, and proactive approach with a passion for customer service.
What You'll Do Day To Day:
- Deliver excellent customer service for New and Existing Business.
- Process quotations that meet client's needs and comply with insurer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate client records and support with client meetings as required.
