We are currently supporting a number of clients in the Woodbridge, Ipswich, and surrounding areas who are seeking Production Operatives to join their teams. Our clients are leaders in the manufacturing industry and offer permanent positions with competitive hourly rates starting from £11.44 and going up to £13.50.
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process:
- Ensuring the smooth running of production lines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- General production duties
- Monitoring the production lines
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality
A basic knowledge of machine operations is required, and previous experience in manufacturing and adherence to health and safety protocols is essential.
Our clients operate on various shift patterns, which include morning, evening, and night shifts. During busy periods, overtime may be required. Please note that many of our clients are located in rural areas, so having your own transportation is necessary.
